TERMS OF SERVICE — CREATIVE BOX LLC

Welcome to My Concept Box. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Creative Box LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By accessing or using our Services or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, materials, dimensions and other characteristics as accurately as possible.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, decorative items, furniture, tableware or other objects appearing in lifestyle or staging photographs that are not specifically identified as included in the product description are not included with the My Concept Box.
Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Requests to modify or cancel an order after acceptance may not always be possible if fulfillment has already begun.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased from My Concept Box are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. The applicable product price is the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by applicable law.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchases and restrictions on combining promotions.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders to the destinations made available during checkout.
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
We will comply with applicable federal requirements concerning shipment representations, delays, cancellations and refunds.
If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated or otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide the notices, cancellation options and refunds required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us promptly at contacts@myconceptbox.com if an order arrives damaged, is materially incomplete, or if you experience a delivery problem so that we can investigate and assist.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, damaged items, non-returnable products, refunds and related procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The My Concept Box website and its original content, including the My Concept Box name and branding, logos, photographs, product photography, text, graphics, designs, videos and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Creative Box LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social networks or other services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of independent third parties. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
My Concept Box is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Creative Box LLC.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Creative Box LLC, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Creative Box LLC, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may process certain personal information in connection with providing the e-commerce platform and related services.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your statutory consumer rights, including rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, remain unaffected.
16. INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from Concept Box, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
20. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Creative Box LLC may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization or transfer of its business or assets, subject to applicable law.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
